Our Service Partner Plan is only $12.50 per month/12 months (does not expire) or $150 one time charge for a year (does expire after one year).

As a Service Partner Plan member you’ll receive the following:

• Priority Service- As a Service partner Plan member, you are our priority and jump to the head of the line when you call, Your job will be scheduled ahead of other that are not part of the Service Partner Plan. This applies to routine and emergency calls!
• 15% Discount- You will receive a 15% discount off any repair or cleanings needed during your Heating & Cooling Services as long as our Service Partner relationship remains in effect.
• 5% Plumbing Discount- You will receive a 5% discount off your plumbing repairs ($250 max discount)
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- We promise your complete satisfaction –GUARANTEED! If you are not fully satisfied, let us know, and we will make it right!
• Relax, we will remind you! As a Service Partner Plan Member, we make your equipment our top priority, we will send you a reminder card or reach out to you by phone, as we know everyone is very busy and can’t always make a phone call to schedule an appointment.
• A Trusted Professional on your Home Service Team- Your technician are not only trained to care for your equipment, he is trained to care for you and your home. You will take comfort in knowing our technician are drug-tested and have had a thorough back ground check. You will also receive a text message showing you a picture of the technician who will be servicing your home cooling system
• Transferable- Your Service Partner Plan agreement can either be transferred to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you are selling. Your choice!
• Benefits- As a Service Partner Plan Member you will receive 2 Service Checks one in the Cooling Season and one in the Heating season. Along with two Emergency Calls per year at NO additional cost to you. This includes afterhours and holidays.
